Classic Car Servicing and Maintenance Work

Historic Motorline can offer specialist service and maintenance for your thoroughbred or classic car.

We have built a wealth of knowledge and experience based on more than 20 years of service and restoration. To complement our experience, we have large workshop facilities containing the correct equipment to efficiently look after your car.

We already perform routine maintenance on everything from a 1926 Vauxhall 14/40 Tourer and a Mercedes 300SL Gullwing to a Ferrari 328 and various Porsche 911s.

We understand that classic cars demand a different type of service and maintenance to modern vehicles which is why we have devised our Classic Vehicle Service Scheme. As many cars do very little mileage from year to year and are subject to long periods of inactivity, this creates service demands that differ from more regularly used vehicles. We offer full inspections of your vehicle including written reports into its condition both cosmetically and mechanically, enabling us to accurately assess and duly rectify any issues found. Our specifically designed Service Schedule has evolved over a number of years and we are able to tailor it to suit each individual car.

As part of our annual Classic Vehicle Service Scheme, Historic Motorline now offer a detailed inspection and report of your car including a thorough roadtest to ensure that everything is working as it should. This covers everything from fluid levels and electrical systems to mechanical safety and cosmetic condition. We currently offer the initial checkover free of charge when we introduce a vehicle to the Service Scheme.
